PFA (Wardha) has formulated various guidelines to safeguard the interests of its donors. Please read the guidelines before you make a donation.
- All PFA (Wardha) fund raisers are above 18 years of age and are registered with our organization .They must display their ID cards for donations.
- All donations larger than Rs100/- should be donated in the form of Cheque or Demand Draft.
- Please fill the ‘Donor Tracker’ form when you make a donation. Independent donors within and outside the state can send an email notification at the following address; admin@karunashram.com.

The email should include the following details;
- Name
- Address
- Phone number
- Email
- Amount and details of payment –Cash/Cheque/DD
- In the case of contact with a PFA (Wardha) fund raiser, donor tickets for Rs100/- will be issued by our representative on the spot.
- PFA (Wardha) does not accept cash donations for less than or more than Rs100.No representative of ours will or should ask for cash donations of less than or more than Rs100.However,our representatives can do so by sale of stickers and bookmarks at the following cost;

Should the value of donation exceed Rs100, our representatives can collect cash amounts for the same as we have records of the number of bookmarks and stickers that have been distributed.
- Donors are entitled to ask for the following documents before making a donation;
- Copy of registration certificate
- Pan number
- Receipts will be issued at the end of the month
- All donations are exempt u/s 80G of the Income Tax Act (1961) and tax exemption certificates will be provided for donations of more than Rs2, 500 at the end of the financial year.
- Utilisation certificates will be provided for grants of Rs15,000 or more, if the donor requires it
- Audit report and financial statement can be obtained by purchasing our Souvenir. Our Souvenir also contains annual report of our work done. For donors who make regular contributions of Rs2,500 or more per month and for donations of Rs30,000 or more for the year, the above mentioned documents will be provided free of cost.
All Cheques and Demand Drafts should be made payable to, People for Animals (Wardha)

PFA (Wardha) is not answerable to donors who have not strictly adhered to our guidelines. Please ensure that you read our guidelines thoroughly before making a donation so as to avoid misunderstandings later.
All rules are applicable to foreign donors as well.
